All degree-seeking Broward College students are assigned an advisor.
We strongly recommend that degree-seeking students meet with their assigned advisor by appointment at least once per term.
How To Contact Advising
Appointment
- Make sure you have applied to Broward College and cleared any holds
- First-Time-In-College students must attend a New Student Orientation
- Schedule an appointment with your assigned advisor in myBC/BC Navigate (only for degree-seeking students) Directions can be found at Advising Appointment (PDF)

We strongly encourage degree-seeking students to make an appointment with their assigned advisor. Students can get a response from the first available advisor on the Virtual Assistance Line.
Non-degree, Transient, and students transferring from another school can speak to an advisor virtually or in person as a drop-in.
