Broward College’s Greene International Education Institute has been a proud member and program sponsor for the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS) for over 35 years. CCIS, a non-profit organization led by dedicated international educators, is composed of college and universities across the United States which offer quality, affordable study abroad programs. Through CCIS, Broward College sponsors study abroad programs in Spain, Costa Rica, Austria, and various locations throughout Asia for international Internships. Through CCIS, Broward College students can choose programs in over 15 countries.
To be eligible for a CCIS Program, students must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher and be 18 years of age, some programs may have additional age or GPA requirements. BC Students interested in participating in a CCIS Program need to make an appointment to meet with study abroad staff prior to applying. Appointments may be scheduled by contacting abroad@broward.edu

In partnership with the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS), Broward College is proud to offer study abroad programs in Seville, Spain at the International College of Seville. This magnificent city is the ideal place to immerse in the Andalusian culture and learn Spanish.
Semester and Summer Study Abroad in Costa Rica! Study in San Jose, the vibrant capital of one of the most biodiverse countries in the world. In partnership with the College Consortium for International Studies (CCIS), Broward College is proud to offer study abroad programs in San Jose, Costa Rica at Universidad Veritas. This is a great program for students looking to learn/improve their Spanish and also for students interested in environmental science and conservation.
